The Unified Fire Service Area (UFSA) adopted a Code of Ethics to serve as a guide for all Board Members. The Board is committed to excellence in leadership and decision-making that results in the highest quality of service.

UFSA appreciates you taking the time to complete this form to let us know how we are doing. The information you provide will initially be sent to the Unified Fire Authority Professional Standards & Ethics section of Administration to review and then will be sent to the most appropriate party; if it is an allegation of wrongdoing, it will be sent to the Chief Legal Officer of the District Board.

If you suspect any wrongdoing by UFSA, please submit your concerns: this includes allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement of government funds, or other activities believed to be illegal, improper, unethical, or inconsistent with the UFSA Code of Ethics.
